Kathleen Fenton

Kathleen is a student at Eastern Washington University finishing up her degree in criminal justice with a minor in Psychology. She is compassionate and empathetic with a strong understanding of the effect on families of crime and loss. Kathleen is serving as a Crime Victim Advocate. She is driven to help others and is a trusted source for this company. Kathleen enjoys the outdoors and finding beautiful hiking locations with her family. She keeps a positive attitude and strives for excellence in all she does.

Erika Johnson

Erika has a background in mental health psychology and in the medical field. She is always hungry for more knowledge and education. With the tools she has picked up along the way she strives to support individuals of sexual assault in healing and growth. In her free time she loves getting outdoors and enjoying hikes or finding the next adventure.

Kim Bourgette

MA LMHCA | Therapist Kim began her work in the counseling field in 1983 as a sexual assault crisis counselor. She continued that work while pursuing on her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has worked extensively as an advocate for survivors of domestic violence and their families.

Stephanie Leftwich-Needham

LMHC ATR-P| Therapist Stephanie sees individual clients and leads therapeutic support groups for KSAC, working with individuals of all ages as they process trauma. Stephanie earned her Master's degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from Eastern Virginia Medical School and specializes in helping clients access their experiences and and emotions through creativity.

Todd Grogan

Jill Cain

MA LMHCA | Therapist Jill’s experience includes 5 years working with at-risk youth at North Kitsap High School, 2 years working as a drug and alcohol counselor, 3 years working with foster children and families and 1 year working with behaviorally challenged students at Kitsap Mental Health.
